What part of your profession inspires you most?

The transformation goes far beyond hair. Watching someone see themselves with renewed confidence and radiance is what inspires me most. Hair holds identity and emotion, and being trusted to enhance that through a luxury experience where clients feel seen, valued and beautiful continues to motivate my work every day.

Is there a guiding philosophy that shapes your approach to leadership?

I believe in growth through guidance, consistency and accountability. From apprenticing under strong mentors to leading the next generation, I focus on building artists rather than simply employees. The beauty industry is embracing quiet luxury and personalized experiences. Clients want healthy, natural-looking results that feel authentic to them. Hair extensions have evolved to create fullness and balance in a seamless way while prioritizing hair integrity, allowing clients to leave feeling confident, polished and completely themselves.

How do you use your platform to support your colleagues and community?

I use my platform to educate, inspire and create opportunities for others in the industry. Whether mentoring stylists, sharing knowledge about extensions and hair health or supporting my team's growth, I believe collaboration is more powerful than competition. Helping emerging artists achieve their goals is deeply important to me.

As a Power Player, where in your city do you go to unwind or connect?

Spending time in the Northwest suburbs, especially Arlington Heights, gives me balance between building my business and investing in my family. Unwinding is about recharging mentally through movement and quiet mornings. Starting the day slowly helps me stay grounded and energized for the fast-paced environment my work requires.
