Eleven11 Hair Studio is a luxury salon in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, founded by Yvette in January 2019 after more than 30 years behind the chair. Our team of five stylists works under one roof, sharing techniques, mentoring each other, and holding every guest to the same standard of care. If you take your craft seriously and want to build a real career, not just fill a chair, we would love to hear from you.

Hands-On Mentorship

Our newer stylists build their skills in color and extensions directly alongside Yvette and the team, not on their own.

Specialized Craft

Our team is known for hand-tied extensions, dimensional color, and smoothing treatments. You will work alongside stylists who specialize.

A Boutique Environment

We are a small, close-knit studio on Central Road, not a chain. Every stylist has a voice in how the salon runs.

Our Approach

Quality Over Quantity

We do not rush appointments, and we do not want stylists who feel like they have to. Every service starts with a real consultation, and we would rather build a smaller, loyal client base the right way than churn through bookings.

That same philosophy applies to how we treat each other. Education is ongoing, feedback is direct, and everyone on the team is expected to keep growing their skills.

Current Openings

We do not have an open chair at the studio right now. Our team is small by design, and we only bring someone new on when it is the right fit.
